Temperature detection function of sensor: Get the temperature value based on calculation of the data measured by sensors, and send the temperature value to touch screen.
Average temperature calculation function: Calculate the average temperature of the online channel based on the temperature value measured.

04: system failure Function description —— CCOT diesel engine crankpin oiltemperature measurement device is specially used for measurement of oilescaping from the crankpin and give corresponding alarm for stop based on theset threshold. The equipment is applicable for all PA dieselengines. It allows you to prevent serious risks of failure on major enginecomponents. The equipment includes the followings: 1. A set of CCOT cubicle, including: ● PLC ● 8 analog input modules (the quantity depends on the engine type) ● touch screen ● 24V isolated power supply 2. PT100 type 3 wire temperature sensor (5 to 9 sensors, depending on the type of engine to be quipped) 3. The cable length shall be specified according to engine type and the distance between temperature probe and cubicle. (no more than 25m, optional according to the actual condition). When the lube oil escaping from any one connecting rod tip, it will enter into the mounting groove for the sensor in the main engine, the oil will contact with the sensor probe immediately and the temperature data will be sent to CCOT system. If the temperature measured is higher than the engine temperature set threshold or the alarm limits of average temperature deviation, the system alarm will be triggered. If the temperature measured is higher than the engine temperature set threshold or the stop limits of average temperature deviation, the engine stop will be triggered. Detection function (when one or more than one sensors failure or damaged, it will not affect the data and computation of other channels). High temperature time-delay alarm function (initial setting value: 85℃, initial delay time: 5 seconds); When the temperature measured by sensors higher than the initial setting value for pre-alarm of high temperature, an alarm will be generate after 5 seconds.
High temperature time-delay stop function (initial setting value: 90℃, initial delay time: 3 seconds); When the temperature measured by sensors higher than the initial setting value for high temperature stop, the engine will stop after 7 seconds.
Deviation time-delay alarm function (initial setting value: ±5℃, initial delay time: 5 seconds); When the temperature deviation calculated by a single line of sensor lower than 5℃ or higher than 5℃, an alarm will be generate after 5 seconds.
Deviation time-delay stop function (initial setting value: ±7℃, initial delay time: 7 seconds); When the temperature deviation calculated by a single line of sensor lower than 7℃ or higher than 7℃, the engine will stop after 3 seconds. |
